Office Desk Relocation Project - Insurance Services Firm
One of our recent projects involved working with a client who was relocating their office desks from one location to another, including all the hardware such as monitors, monitor arms, docking stations, keyboards, and mice.
Our team of IT experts worked closely with the client to ensure a smooth transition for their staff. We carefully dismantled and packed all the hardware, transported it to the new location, and reassembled it at the new desks. We also ensured that all the systems were up and running before the move, so the client could focus on other aspects of the relocation. After the move, we provided ongoing support to ensure that the new infrastructure was working seamlessly.
Microsoft 365 Enablement Project - Mortgage Brokers
We recently worked with a client who was using Windows Home operating systems and lacked a proper IT infrastructure to support their business needs. They also didn't have any file sharing capabilities or team collaboration tools such as Teams, which made it difficult for their staff to work remotely.
Our team of IT experts assessed their requirements and provided a customized solution that addressed their challenges. We recommended migrating to Microsoft 365 and upgrading their IT infrastructure to enable remote working for their staff. We helped the client procure and deploy new hardware, such as laptops and docking stations, to ensure seamless remote access to their work systems. We also provided training to the client's staff to ensure that they could use Microsoft 365 effectively and collaborate seamlessly using Teams.
The project was a success and allowed the business to transition to a Work-From-Home (WFH) model for their staff. The client now has a robust IT infrastructure with all the necessary tools to support their operations, including file sharing capabilities and team collaboration tools.
Procurement & Deployment of New Laptops - Real Estate Agency
One of our recent projects involved working with a client who needed to upgrade their laptops. Our team of IT experts worked closely with the client to assess their requirements and recommended a solution that met their needs.
We helped the client procure and deploy new laptops and also reviewed their existing Standard Operating Environment (SOE) applications to ensure that the same environment was installed on the new laptops. This ensured that the staff had a familiar working environment and minimal disruptions during the transition.
Our team also carried out additional work to backup local files and bookmarks from the old laptops to ensure that the staff could continue their work seamlessly on the new laptops. We provided training to the client's staff to ensure that they were comfortable using the new laptops and could leverage all the features and benefits of the upgraded hardware.
The project was a success and enabled the client's staff to work more efficiently with the latest hardware and software. The client was delighted with the seamless transition and the minimal disruption to their operations.
WiFi Upgrade Project - Child Care Centre
We recently worked with a client who was experiencing constant dropouts due to poor WiFi signal strength in their office. Our team of IT experts assessed their requirements and provided a customized solution that addressed their challenges.
We recommended upgrading their internet service from ADSL to NBN and installed an Asus Zen Wi-Fi Mesh Router with Access Points to ensure a seamless WiFi experience. The Asus Zen Wi-Fi Mesh Router with Access Points is a high-performance WiFi system that uses multiple access points to create a seamless WiFi network throughout the office. This allowed the client's staff to move around the office without experiencing any dropouts or loss of signal strength.
Our team of experts installed and configured the new hardware, ensuring that it was integrated seamlessly into the client's existing network. We also provided training to the client's staff to ensure that they could use the new WiFi system effectively.
The project was a success, and the client was delighted with the seamless WiFi experience. The upgraded internet service and the new WiFi system ensured that the client's staff could work efficiently without any interruptions due to poor WiFi signal strength
Cloud File Storage and Backup Project - Medical Practise
Our team recently worked with a client who needed to move their files from local computers to the cloud. The client required a solution that would allow automated backups and the ability for recovery in the event of data loss or corruption. We evaluated different cloud file storage solutions, recommended a customized solution that met their specific needs, and migrated their files to the cloud seamlessly. We also set up automated backups and configured the solution to ensure the ability for recovery in the event of data loss or corruption.
The project helped the client to improve the accessibility, security, and reliability of their files, enabling their employees to access their files from anywhere at any time, and ensuring the integrity and availability of their business-critical data. Additionally, the automated backups and recovery procedures provided peace of mind to the client, knowing that their data was protected and recoverable in the event of an unexpected data loss or corruption.
