One of our recent projects involved working with a client who was relocating their office desks from one location to another, including all the hardware such as monitors, monitor arms, docking stations, keyboards, and mice.

They also didn't have any file sharing capabilities or team collaboration tools such as Teams, which made it difficult for their staff to work remotely.
Our team of IT experts assessed their requirements and provided a customized solution that addressed their challenges. We recommended migrating to Microsoft 365 and upgrading their IT infrastructure to enable remote working for their staff. We helped the client procure and deploy new hardware, such as laptops and docking stations, to ensure seamless remote access to their work systems. We also provided training to the client's staff to ensure that they could use Microsoft 365 effectively and collaborate seamlessly using Teams.
The project was a success and allowed the business to transition to a Work-From-Home (WFH) model for their staff. The client now has a robust IT infrastructure with all the necessary tools to support their operations, including file sharing capabilities and team collaboration tools.
Procurement & Deployment of New Laptops - Real Estate Agency
One of our recent projects involved working with a client who needed to upgrade their laptops. Our team of IT experts worked closely with the client to assess their requirements and recommended a solution that met their needs.
We helped the client procure and deploy new laptops and also reviewed their existing Standard Operating Environment (SOE) applications to ensure that the same environment was installed on the new laptops. This ensured that the staff had a familiar working environment and minimal disruptions during the transition.
Our team also carried out additional work to backup local files and bookmarks from the old laptops to ensure that the staff could continue their work seamlessly on the new laptops. WiFi Upgrade Project - Child Care Centre
We recently worked with a client who was experiencing constant dropouts due to poor WiFi signal strength in their office. Our team of IT experts assessed their requirements and provided a customized solution that addressed their challenges.
We recommended upgrading their internet service from ADSL to NBN and installed an Asus Zen Wi-Fi Mesh Router with Access Points to ensure a seamless WiFi experience. The Asus Zen Wi-Fi Mesh Router with Access Points is a high-performance WiFi system that uses multiple access points to create a seamless WiFi network throughout the office. This allowed the client's staff to move around the office without experiencing any dropouts or loss of signal strength.
Our team of experts installed and configured the new hardware, ensuring that it was integrated seamlessly into the client's existing network. We also provided training to the client's staff to ensure that they could use the new WiFi system effectively.
